Abbott Laboratories has broken ground for their newest nutrition manufacturing facility in the United States, in Tipp City,Ohio. The 60 acre site, on Co. Rd. 25-A near I-75, will initially produce two of Abbott’s fastest growing adult brands, Ensure and Glucerna. When fully developed, Abbott expects to employ 240 people and it will represent a $270 million investment. Further expansion is a distinct possibility. Wow!!
