Charles Hewitt
Charles Hewitt joined the firm in 2007 as a Senior Vice President with Gem Real Estate Group’s Sales and Leasing team. Charles has over 30 years experience in commercial, industrial, and investment sales and leasing. Mr. Hewitt was the exclusive broker/manager for a Dayton based diversified real estate portfolio. Charles provides buyer broker, tenant representation and consultative brokerage services to a wide range of clients. This included solving complex real estate requirements for sellers and purchasers.
Charles is a member of local, state and national real estate associations, a former President of the local National Association of Office and Industrial Parks, and a member of the Montgomery County Planning Commission.
