Gem Real Estate Group Announces Promotions
The Gem Real Estate Group, Inc. announces the promotions of two of its associates, Greg Toft and Chris McAlpine.
Greg Toft is an appraiser working primarily in the Cincinnati market. Joining the Gem team in early 2003 as a Staff Appraiser, Toft assisted in appraisal development, consulting, and real estate analysis. Toft earned his Ohio State Realtor license in 2001 and is a member of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors. He is currently taking Appraisal Institute courses in order to attain his state appraisal certification and MAI designation. He resides with his wife, Tricia, in Maineville, OH.
Since joining the firm in 2003, Chris McAlpine has been actively involved with both brokerage and appraisal services at Gem. A native of the Dayton area, McAlpine focuses on both sales and leasing in the Miami Valley, and he has successfully represented clients with investment, retail, warehouse, and office property. In addition, he has supplemented his real estate knowledge with extensive appraisals of commercial property. A member of the Dayton Area Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, McAlpine is currently working towards his CCIM designation. He currently resides in Centerville, where he is active in youth soccer and Triathlon.
