The Gem Real Estate Group Property Management team has been selected as property manager of the Dayton Mall Medical Arts office building, which is located adjacent to the Dayton Mall.
Constructed in 1991 as a medical office facility, the building has three floors that are serviced by an elevator. Building is handicap accessible from entrance doors off its adequate sized parking lot. The gross rent is $16.00/sqft./year.
