CINCINNATI REGIONAL MARKET APARTMENT STUDY
               

The GEM Real Estate Group, Inc.'s 1999 Cincinnati Regional Apartment Market Survey is a comprehensive investigation intended to capture the current conditions and trends regarding the apartment market in the Greater Cincinnati region.  In this survey, we sampled 321 apartment complexes that have been segmented into nine (9) area sub-markets.

The reporting properties within the Greater Cincinnati Regional Market Area comprise 45,422 units.  Within the total market, 1,687 units, or 3.71%, were reported as vacant.  The totals reported in this study include only those projects that disclosed unit vacancies.
