In July 2012, Gem Real Estate Group and Miller-Valentine Group merged their property management, brokerage, and leasing services, creating the Miller-Valentine Gem Real Estate Group.
Gem Real Estate Group will continue to provide appraisal, advisory services, consulting, and litigation support under the new name Gem Real Estate Advisory Group.
